Friendly staff, convenient location, and clean room!

We enjoyed staying in this hotel for our recent trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient as it was within walking distance to a train station and a large retail park. there was plenty of free parking available. Our room was clean and well-serviced, with a great shower to enjoy.

The only negative aspect of our stay was the breakfast. While there was a good selection of food available, the hot buffet dishes needed to be refilled more frequently, and the staff seemed understaffed and overwhelmed.

It was conveniently located just a short distance from a retail park and had plenty of places to eat nearby. the room was well-appointed and the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. the breakfast was a highlight of the stay as it was freshly made and offered a wide variety of options.

I was woken up several times during the night by banging doors and other loud sounds.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Situated just off the motorway, it provides easy access for travelers coming from different directions. Additionally, the hotel offers a great value for money with its prices, making it an affordable option for a comfortable stay. The attentive staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, as mentioned in one of the reviews. Their friendly service and attention to detail truly make this hotel stand out. The rooms are well-equipped with all the necessities, including accessible facilities for those with special needs, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.
